Replacement for Pin Diode BA595

Anybody have any suggestions for a replacement for the pin diode BA595?

I would like to build up some T/R switches that will handle 5 watts.

Mikey, when you say 5 Watts, are you saying you want the PIN Diode to PASS ALL the RF Power?

Yes,

I have a 5 watt transmitter on one PCB and a receiver on another PCB.

I need a T/R switch that can move the antenna connection from receiver to transmit and back again using a +12v control signal (I can change my control line to +8v if necessary).

Why not use a switching scheme like my 10 watt Linear?
